TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALMORE HOTEL

  •      All clients must reserve in advance to check availability.
  •      All reservations must be paid, and the client must present proof of payment to receive the service.
  •      Last minute reservations will be accepted only if there is availability and must pay for the service before the time of service, with payment credited immediately.
  •      Almore Hotel follows the protocols established by the Ministry of Health for hygiene and cleanliness.
  •      Activities are offered in English and Spanish, with pre-established times for shared activities.
  •      Every reservation must include: date, name of the client, passport / C.I., language, number of people, age and nationality.
  •      The payment methods are by deposit and virtual Bank payments or PayPal, for 100% of the total amount plus taxes.
  •      After receiving proof of payment, Almore Hotel will provide the client with the itinerary of activities according to the package paid.
  •      Modifications notified more than 48 hours before the service will not have an additional charge.
  •      Modifications with less than 48 hours notice will be penalized.
  •      Cancellations more than 48 hours before the service will not have an additional charge.
  •      Cancellations within 48 hours of service or in-person reservations will have a 100% charge.
  •      No-shows incur a 100% charge.
  •      In legal disputes, both parties agree to follow the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Costa Rica.
  •      Refunds are made to the same card with which the purchase was made.

RETURN POLICY
- Modification, only notified more than 48 hours before service = no charge for modification.
- Notice of date modification less than 48 hours before departure will be penalized.
- Cancellation notice more than 48 hours before the service = no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation notice outside of 48 hours of service including advance reservations (services booked outside of 48 hours) = 100% cancellation charge.
No show = 100% cancellation charge.
- 15 minutes maximum waiting time to start the tour.
- In case of legal disputes between both parties (Clients/Hotel Almore) both agree to follow the alignment of legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Costa Rica.
All money refunds are made to the same card with which the purchase is made.

INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
